Overview

These terms apply to quotes, orders and use of dadbodscreenprinting.com, operated by Dad Bod Screen Printing LLC, 11909 Sacra Place, Fort Myers, FL 33913. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Estimates are free. Quotes are based on the information you provide (garment, quantity, sizes, colors, print or stitch locations and artwork). If any of those change, the price may change. Specials and promotional pricing are subject to the stated conditions and availability.

Minimums

Screen printing orders require a minimum of 24 pieces and embroidery orders a minimum of 6 pieces unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Proofs and approval

We send a digital proof for every order. Please check spelling, colors, sizes, placement and quantities carefully. Production begins only after you approve the proof, and you are responsible for errors in an approved proof. Colors on screens can differ from final ink and thread colors, and slight variation in placement and color is normal in decorated apparel.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, names, designs and other artwork you provide, and you agree to hold Dad Bod Screen Printing harmless from claims arising from that artwork. We may decline any order we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is otherwise inappropriate. Custom design and artwork services are available for an additional fee.

Payment

Invoices are sent through QuickBooks. We accept cash, card, Venmo and check. New clients pay a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due on completion. Financing and installment plans are not offered. Orders are released once paid in full.

Turnaround and rush orders

Standard turnaround is about 7 business days after proof approval and receipt of any required deposit. Rush options may be available. Turnaround can be affected by garment availability from suppliers, and we will let you know promptly if anything changes your date.

Customer-supplied garments

When we decorate garments you provide, we will take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for items damaged during normal production or for defects in the garments themselves. Please ask us before bringing your own items.

Delivery, pickup and shipping

Local delivery is free in the Fort Myers area, and orders can be picked up at our shop. Orders shipped elsewhere in Florida or the U.S. are sent to the address you provide, and shipping times are estimates from the carrier.

Problems with an order

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 7 days about any production issue. If we made an error relative to your approved proof, we will work with you to make it right through reprinting, repair or credit. Because every order is custom, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizes ordered.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once garments have been ordered or production has started, costs already incurred may be deducted from any refund of your deposit.
